Okay my Friends this a very hard post. Just stay with me.

This depression really really sucks and if you are reading this you might just know. And not wow is me just got to put my words out there. And honestly and hopefully I can help you out, that which I am in doubt. But anyway this shits sucks and I mean really sucks. i am 57 years old and have or I should say get to live with my mom. And I am so happy for her. But I can't sugar coat this. I honestly don't know how to put it, I hate it. I just hope God will help me though it. I am pretty strong but it is kicking my butt. Love all you out there that are going thru this.I really mean that.
